Israel Trek 13th - 21st November 2010

Between 13^th – 21^st November 2010, we will walk 100 km from Moa to Sde Boker.  Over six days you will experience another life - the simple and uncomplicated life of the desert, without normal creature comforts. You’ll see breathtaking sights and walk through beautiful terrain normally inaccessible to tourists, accompanied by camels carrying the luggage and supplies.  

Expert Bedouin and Israeli guides will help you appreciate the full historical, cultural, religious and ecological significance of what you’re seeing. By night you’ll have a great dinner around a campfire, enjoying the company of your fellow Trekkers, finally sleeping out under the stars.

Should you decide to come on this year’s Trek, you will need to make a significant commitment, in addition to the physical challenge, as you’ll need to pay a registration fee of £425 and raise a minimum of £2250 sponsorship.

What you’ll get in return will be one of the most enthralling, challenging and satisfying experiences of your life. You’ll also be helping to maintain the many after-school programmes which give so many abused and deprived children opportunities they would not normally experience.
